Documentary: Finland-Swedish and Deaf – an invisible minority
Finland-Swedish Sign Language is one of the smallest minority languages in Finland. Finlandssvenska teckenspråkiga r.f. , the association of Finland-Swedish Deaf people, has produced a documentary film where Alf, Elin, Julia, Maj-Lis and Robin tell about their life. The film is in Finland-Swedish Sign Language and in addition it has speech in Swedish and captions in Swedish.
The premiere of the film is 28 January 2023. The film will also be available in Yle Areena.
