Happy Sámi National Day for everyone!
The Sámi National Day is an ethnic national day for the Sámi (Saami) people that falls on February 6 as this date was when the first Sámi congress was held in 1917 in Trondheim, Norway.

- The Sámi Parliament organises an online event on 6th February at 18. Information: Sámi Parliament online event (in Finnish). The Sámi Parliament is the supreme political body of the Sámi in Finland representing the Sámi in national and international connections.
- Sámi National Day online seminar on 6th February at 13.00 - 15.30, at Culture house Valve in Oulu and online. What is contemporary Sámi art like? What kind of art do Sámi artists produce?
