Report on the promotion of gender equality and non-discrimination in higher education institutions

The report is based on the equality and non-discrimination plans drawn up by the Finnish higher education institutions. The plans were requested from the higher education institutions in spring 2020. The report focuses on describing how the higher education institutions utilise these plans in the promotion of gender equality and non-discrimination among their staff. In addition, the report includes a brief description of how the plans are used for promoting gender equality and non-discrimination among students.
