A new book "Kulttuurien kohtaamisia arjessa"
The book is made by interviewing Finnish and immigrant workers in different workplaces and studying environments. The aim was to find out, how do people from different cultural backgrounds work and study together.
What kind of challenges, expectations and ideas are encountered? When everything flows smoothly, and when people meet problems? How can pssoble problems be solved?
