The Culture for All Service is looking for a subtenant to the Cable Factory
We are looking for a subtenant for a furnished room (about 240 x 375 cm) in our cosy office at the Cable Factory 1.5.2025-31.1.2026 (and possible even for a longer time). At the moment nine people work at the office – five employees for Culture for All, two children books’ illustrators and two part-time project workers in the The Artist’s Magic Wand project. We are looking for someone who works within the cultural field to share the office with. The space is most suitable for office work.
The rent for the whole room is 450 e / month, one desk is 225 e / month. The room is furnished and comes with two sit/stand desks, an office lamp, two working chairs, a drawer unit and a book case. The rent includes electricity, cleaning, wireless internet access and the possibility to use the kitchenette and the meeting room.
The office is accessible and can be reached by a spacious elevator. The office does not have an accessible toilet, but an accessible toilet can be found for example on the 0 floor of the staircase D. One of our subtenants has a guide dog. More information: The accessibility of our office
