Diversity trainings in Vantaa by Diversity Agents Martina Marti and Nuura Naboulsi

What does it really mean when we talk about diversity? What are unconscious prejudices and how can we get to them? How can we each do our part to create a more diverse, equal and inclusive work community?

The training includes lectures, exercises, discussions and small group work. 

The training is open to city staff and elected officials, as well as employees of organizations operating in the areas.
