WIFT Finland: AV Industry Gender Equality Tool Update
The Gender Equality Tool, aimed at addressing gender disparities in the audiovisual industry, was introduced at the Finnish Film Affair (FFA) and showcased at the WIFTI Helsinki Summit on September 22, 2023.

This tool enables the creation of production-specific gender equality and non-discrimination plans to combat industry-wide inequalities. It will also in the future include an anonymous survey for production team members and a reporting section for monitoring equality progress.
