Outsider Art Festival 2023 is taking over Helsinki 17.-27.8.
OAF 2023 offers a diverse art program all around Helsinki. OAF gives voice to the outsider artists by presenting a vibrant collection of music, visual arts, performing arts, films, literature and life stories. OAF showcases over 100 outsider artists, also some international guests!
OAF is organized as partner festival of the Helsinki Festival.
