Je'vida is the first film of the history in Skolt Sámi
Katja Gauriloff’s new film Je'vida tells about the meaning of culture, language and memories and first of all the community of Skolt Sámi people in the forced assimilation. Je'vida’s world premiere will be sat the Tribeca Film Festival in New York, featuring in the International Narrative Competition series. The film can be seen in movie theatres in Finland in autumn 2023.
