For culture on equal terms ry recruits a substitute for Senior Specialist, Accessibility and Communications to work at Culture for All Service during 27.11.2023-31.8.2024. The position is temporary and full time (100 %, 36 h 15 min/week). The reason for temporary contract is parental leave.
The Senior Specialist is in charge of the updating and developing of the communications of Culture for All Service, for example updating the website, newsletter and social media. In addition, the Senior Specialist is in charge of the communications of different events, such as Satakielikuukausi / Multilingual Month celebrating multilingualism. The Senior Specialist works also as an accessibility advisor. The work includes for example trainings, producing information material and possible also participating in an accessibility survey. The Sepcial Advisor will also participate in the project The project Making space for artistry – equity for disabled artists and artists who are Sign Language users and the other activities of Culture for All Serivce.
The job requires applicable education or work experience, competence in communications, teamwork and interaction skills, and ability to work independently and systematically. The job also requires expertise in issues relating accessibility. We also wish you are familiar with art and culture field. Expertise in equity and diversity is also seen as a plus.
The job requires good oral and written skills in Finnish and English. Swedish and other language skills are seen as a plus.

The monthly salary is 2900 euros.
