The equality assessment tool (Ministry of Justice 2016) is intended to serve as an aid for actors engaged in promoting equality.

Diversity and inclusion self-assessment tool


Diversity and inclusion self-assessment tool helps businesses and other organisations to identify different aspects and practices of diversity and inclusion work, and see which areas are the most important and should be developed further in their own organisation.

This tool is designed to support all types of organisations: the public sector and the private sector, small, medium-sized and large businesses and other organisations. The tool has been developed by the Finnish corporate responsibility network FIBS and the All in for Equality -EU-project in 2021. The tool consists of a matrix and a user manual. Equality planning guide

The guide has been produced to help authorities in their equality planning. It contains information on legislation on equality, concrete examples of the equality plan drafting process, information on the setting of objectives under the plan, the content of a plan and the structure of the plan document. Publications of the Ministry of the Interior 10/2010
